ADM Rogers, USN (Ret)

Senior Adviser

Admiral Rogers joined Qintel in 2024. After a 37 year career in the U.S. Navy,  Mike is a senior advisor to the firm in the areas of cyber security, privacy, geopolitics, technology and intelligence as well as crisis management and the challenges of leading large organizations in a democratic society in the digital age.

Mike retired from the Navy in 2018 after rising to the rank of four star admiral.  He culminated his career with a four plus year stint serving simultaneously as Commander, U.S. Cyber Command and Director, National Security Agency – creating the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) then newest large war fighting organization and leading the U.S. government’s largest intelligence organization. In those roles he worked extensively with the leadership of the U.S. government, the DoD, and the U.S. Intelligence community as well as their international counterparts in the conduct of cyber and intelligence activity across the globe. He also assisted in the development of national and international policy with respect to cyber, intelligence and technology – including extensive work with corporate leadership in the finance, IT, telecommunications and technology sectors.

Mike is a graduate of Auburn University and also holds a Masters of Science in National Security.  He is a distinguished graduate of the National War College and a graduate of highest distinction from the Naval War College.; He is also an MIT Seminar XXI fellow and a Harvard Senior Executive in National Security alum.

Keith Mularski

Chief Global Ambassador

Keith Mularski is the Chief Global Ambassador for Qintel, where he leads the company’s public communications, media engagement, cyber evangelism, and strategic partner growth. He also plays a key role in Qintel’s commercial development, helping to expand its global presence and deliver impactful threat intelligence solutions to clients worldwide. With a career spanning more than two decades, Keith is widely recognized as a pioneer in cybercrime investigations and a trusted voice in the intelligence and security community.

Before joining Qintel, Keith served as a cybersecurity executive at Ernst & Young (EY), where he led efforts to develop and deliver advanced cyber threat intelligence services to Fortune 500 companies and global organizations. His work at EY helped bridge the gap between complex cyber threats and effective business risk management strategies.

Keith began his cybersecurity career at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he served for 20 years as a Special Agent. During his tenure, he was instrumental in dismantling some of the most notorious cybercriminal networks in the world. His groundbreaking undercover work targeting global dark web marketplaces and Eastern European cybercrime syndicates set new standards for law enforcement operations in cyberspace. He also played a leading role in developing the FBI’s cyber intelligence strategy, working closely with domestic and international partners to secure critical infrastructure and disrupt malicious cyber activity.

Known for his ability to translate complex cyber threats into clear, actionable intelligence, Keith continues to collaborate with governments, private sector partners, and global institutions to address the rapidly evolving threat landscape. His work has been featured in major media outlets, and he is a sought-after speaker at cybersecurity conferences worldwide.
